Clear for both sides
The tradesperson sends an offer with a price and a time they can attend. The customer accepts only when everything suits them. Both sides have a clear initial agreement before they meet.
Verktorg records the original accepted offer. Later changes or additional work are agreed directly between the customer and tradesperson.

A focused start
Verktorg launches with two regulated trades, allowing us to build the service with clear requirements and careful checks.
For faults, installations and other electrical work where contractor licensing and clear responsibility matter.
For leaks, repairs and plumbing work, with a clear offer before you choose a professional.
Trust you can see
Verktorg connects qualification checks, offers, acceptance and reviews to the same job. It is easier to see what was agreed and who took on the work.
Name, identification number, trade and qualification status are compared with appropriate official registers. Electrical work also requires an active entry in the HMS electrical contractor register.
Tradespeople see only necessary information while the job is open. The exact address and phone number are shared once an offer is accepted.
Reviews are based on jobs that went through Verktorg and help both sides build a visible reputation.

No. Posting a job is free during the Verktorg pilot.
At launch, only approved plumbing and electrical professionals whose qualifications have been checked can send offers.
Name, identification number and trade have been compared with the appropriate official registers. A journeyman certificate (opens in a new tab) confirms training and the professional title, but does not by itself confer the right to operate independently. For plumbing, the relevant master craftsman qualification (opens in a new tab) or supervision by a responsible master is also checked. For electrical work, the responsible contractor is checked against the HMS electrical contractor register (opens in a new tab). The badge does not guarantee the quality of any individual job.
The tradesperson sends an offer with a price, date and arrival time. Sending the offer confirms those terms on their side. The customer then accepts the complete offer.
Verktorg records the original accepted offer. Later changes, additional work and additional costs are agreed directly between the customer and tradesperson and are not approved by Verktorg.
Not while the job is open. They see the area and town. Only the tradesperson you choose receives your exact address.
Not currently. The customer and tradesperson arrange payment directly outside the platform.
